Investigations, Specialists and Allied Health Professionals

If your doctor has referred you for further investigations(Pathology,Radiology etc) or to a specialist or allied health professional for follow up please be aware there maybe out of pocket costs involved. Always check with your provider that you have been referred to see if there is going to be any cost before using the service.

Facility Fees – Our treatment room can provide many consumable products to assist with your healthcare. Please be aware that fees will be charged for dressings, bandages and other products/services. These charges are not claimable through medicare.

Workplace Injury or Illness – Due to current Medicare policy we are unable to bulk bill any treatments relating to an injury or illness that has occurred whilst at your workplace. Payment for all consultations and treatments relating to workplace injury or illness must be paid at the time of consultation and no medicare rebate applicable.

Telephone Consultations – Standard consultation fees apply for all telephone consultations which the patient has requested. It is practice policy to obtain your credit card details prior to your consultation. Medicare refund is applicable.
